Logistics

Freight built around the order format

Order format decides everything downstream: packaging plan, freight mode, documentation and the realistic transit window. We quote the format the lot physically supports instead of promising flexibility that does not exist.

Pallet

1–10 pallets

Part-load road freight for installers and smaller commercial jobs. Consolidated with other loads where routing allows.

Container

1 × 40' HC

Single full container by sea or road, loaded to the packaging plan stated on the offer record.

Multi-container

2–20 containers

Repeat sailings or truck sequences phased against an installation programme rather than shipped at once.

Project volume

20+ containers / MW-scale

Dedicated commercial handling, phased delivery schedule and documentation aligned to project milestones.

Transport coordination

Coordinated from confirmation to handover

Nothing moves without confirmed paperwork. Loading slots, transport documents and the agreed handover point are fixed in writing before dispatch.

Road, sea & multimodal freight

Part-loads, full trucks and containers booked with named carriers against a confirmed loading slot. Transit windows are stated per quotation, never averaged.

Documentation before dispatch

Commercial invoice, packing list, CMR or bill of lading and required export papers are prepared per destination and shared before the goods move.

Collection under EXW / FCA

Buyers running their own logistics receive a named loading address, opening hours and a booked slot at the holding warehouse.

Commercial terms

Incoterms we quote

Each offer names the incoterm, the transfer point and what is excluded. Nothing is implied.

EXW
Ex works — collection at warehouse. You collect at the named warehouse. We provide the loading address, opening hours and a booked loading slot; risk and cost transfer at pickup.
FCA
Free carrier. We load onto the carrier you nominate. Export formalities are handled where applicable and the handover point is stated on the offer.
CPT / CIP
Carriage paid to. We arrange and pay carriage to the named destination. CIP adds cargo insurance; unloading remains the buyer's responsibility.
DAP
Delivered at place. Delivered price to the destination address. Import duty and VAT treatment is stated explicitly rather than assumed.
FOB / CFR / CIF
Sea freight terms. Used for container shipments to overseas ports. The port of loading, port of discharge and insurance scope are named on the offer.

Warehouse location vs delivery market

The warehouse holding a lot and the market you are delivering to are always separate facts, stated separately on every offer.
