The rules for using this website. Commercial terms of sale are agreed separately, in writing, per transaction.

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not constitute the terms of sale. Any purchase of goods from ETC is governed by the written quotation, order confirmation and general terms of sale agreed for that transaction, which prevail over anything on this website.

This website is directed at businesses. By using it you confirm you are acting in a professional capacity.

2. Information is indicative, not binding

Product specifications, stock volumes, warehouse locations, lead times, order formats, Incoterms and prices published here are indicative and may change without notice. Availability is subject to prior sale.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A contract arises only when ETC issues a written order confirmation.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a request for quotation places no obligation on either side. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document and are subject to stock availability at the moment of confirmation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery destination, quantities and Incoterms you supply; incorrect information may change freight cost, lead time and customs handling.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access non-public areas of this website or the internal sales system.
  • Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, and do not submit automated or fictitious enquiries.
  • Do not use the forms to send unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.
  • Do not interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.

The layout, text, graphics and code of this website belong to the operator or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Manufacturer marks and datasheets belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification of traded goods.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, indicative information published here. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is unaffected.
